AMC Pacer 1977

The 1975-1980 AMC Pacer may well be the most recognisable car ever designed. Dick Teague's visionary design with enormous glass areas (37% more than average) was revolutionary. The body wider than it was long gave unprecedented interior space. The asymmetric passenger door was longer for easy entry and exit. This 1977 Pacer represents the improved version with a larger engine and air conditioning. It is a unique car that still divides opinion and turns admiring heads.
